I study the evolution of galaxies across cosmic time. I am privileged to use exquisite spectroscopy from JWST as a member of the CEERS, NGDEEP, and RUBIES collaborations. Spectroscopy reveals the underlying physics of galaxies, from the sources of their ionizing photons to the chemical abundances of their stars and gas. Find out more about my research.
I am also very active in mentoring, outreach and education in both academic and general audiences. My goal is to make physics and astronomy accessible and interesting to people of all ages and backgrounds. Find out more about my mentoring and outreach.
